A ride for Safety - Suraksha Safar 2011 (19th

With the kind cooperation of the Honorary Mayor of Navi Mumbai, Shri. Sagar Naik and Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Team 360 organises a ride to promote road safety on the 19^th June, 2011.

We also would like to thank the department of Police Navi Mumbai and the Department of Police (Traffic), Navi Mumbai for their kind cooperation with us. Their cooperation and support is helping us to get this event to all the citizens of Navi Mumbai.

Purpose of the Ride:

• Promote safe riding and driving practices in Navi Mumbai
• To discourage stunting on public roads by novice bikers
• To promote the safety of human life, threatened by irresponsible and rash driving
• Encouraging a professional and responsible attitude for the motorsports enthusiasts in Navi Mumbai

About the ride:

The ride would begin from Vashi Station and would end at Panvel Station via Palm Beach Road.

Time:

Ride is organized on 19^th June, 2011 (Sunday) and begins at 11 a.m. and intends to end latest by 1 p.m.

Mandatory Rules for ride:

People intending to join the ride have to:

• Observe speed limit 60 Kmph and traffic rules to be followed
• Be above 18 years of age
• Have licenses, RC card, PUC and Vehicle Insurance papers
• Wear helmets and shoes for the riders
• Car drivers and accomplice should wear seat belts
• Pillions should wear a helmet

Team 360 in Udaipur for Stunt Show.

Get ready to whiff the blazing of tyres, and throttling noise of powerful engines. The city of lakes is going to witness the first ever Street Bike Freestyle Stunt Show just after 4 days from now i.e. on 11th June 2011. More than 6 professional freestyle bike stuntmen from different parts of India are going to showcase some nail biting moves on their super machines.

“The Extreme Stunt Show”, which is organized by Feugo Group is the first ever motorcycle stunt show going to take place in Udaipur on 11th June, Saturday at Gandhi Ground. The event will start from evening 6 pm.

Stunt riders from Mumbai, Jaipur, Chittor, Udaipur and Sirohi are getting ready to kick off the action pack on the land of Mewar.

The names of stunters goes like Sachin (in photo) – the riderboy360 fame, Ajit Suvarna (Mumbai), Tony – Steel Silencerz fame (Jaipur), Ahad Khan (Udaipur), Amir Nihal (Sirohi) and Irfan Madni (Chittorgarh) – Traffic Rasherz

The centre of attraction will be India’s two best freestyle stuntmen- Tony steel silencerz and Sachin. Tony had been to MTV’s Stunt Mania -2 while Sachin to appear soon on Stuntmania’s latest season. Both riders have dozens of achievements and performed in different places of India.

Besides some very common motorcycle stunts like wheelie and stoppie, these daredevils are going to exhibit more than 50 stunts, some you haven’t even imagined.

Our own Ahad Khan of traffic rasherz is the only stuntmen from Udaipur, who is going to display his extraordinary talent first time in public.

The show organizers, Shael, Harshit, Ihfam, Abbas, Chirag and Shashank are hoping for show to get super- hit. Shael Hussain who is himself a bike enthusiast. He said “I love stunts performing on bikes, these guys are loaded with amazing talents but unfortunately we don’t have any efficient platform to showcase this sport. Sadly, it is not even termed as a “sport” in India. I want people to get aware of motorcycle stunts, appreciate it as a sport which is already getting popular in western and European countries”

Free style motorcycle stunts have their own historical records. Bike stunts are performed both on free roads and private gatherings. Some occasional riders often displayed it wrongly creating risk for common people. Although many notable stuntmen like Dough Domokos and Chris Pfeiffer has set a new stand for world’s ethical freestyle bike stunters.
